How I made a 2 litre Bottle Stand

I needed to prevent my 2 litre bottle garden from falling over so I came up with this.

 

 

Step 1:

I cut the bottom off of 11 2 litre bottles.

 

 

Step 2:

I put some sand in a container that was broken. I cut off a piece of plastic from the lid to cover the hole. I then pour some sand into the container

 

 

Step 3:

I then position the bottoms upside down onto the sand.

 

 

Step 4:

I pushed the bottoms into the sand with a twist action. This will prevent the bottoms to move when pouring on the concrete

 

 

Step 5:

I levelled the sand using a paint brush

 

 

 

 

 

Step 6:

I carefully pour the concrete over the bottoms.

 

 

I left it to dry for 3 days

 

Step 7:

I carefully turn the container over to take out the stand and carefully removed the bottoms.

 

 

Now my bottles will be secure and not fall over

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Concrete leaf

This is how I created my own Concrete Leaf.

First of all, I needed some leafs and the only leafs I had was that of my Pumpkins

I put a heap of sand on a table and shaped it with my hands

I put the leave onto the sand

I took another leaf and positioned it in the cavity

I made my concrete mixture as normal 1:2:3

1 part Cement

2 parts Sand

3 parts Stone (13 mm)

I then pour it over the leaf. Check that it doesn’t over-run the leaf

After a 24 hour period it was dry and I took it off

 And there you have it….
